ORDERING PROCEDURE:

Print the order form by clicking
on the link below.

Complete the order form and sign.

Check the delivery fees schedule
for the delivery rate which is applicable to your area or email
orders@cfmagencies.co.za for a quotation on delivery, then
and add this to your payment.

Make payment by electronic funds
transfer or cheque deposit into the FNB account listed at the
bottom of the order form (when doing a cash deposit there is an
additional fee of R50 to add onto your payment).

Cheque payments take 2 weeks to
clear and this will result in a delay in dispatching the
machine.

Credit card payments can be
arranged at an additional charge of 10% on the total
transaction.

signed order form together with your proof of payment to:
